Usage Policy

By using BlushFans, you agree to use our app, tools, and services safely, lawfully, and responsibly. This Usage Policy explains the activities and content we do not allow. Violations may lead to content removal, payment holds, account suspension, or account termination.

Prohibited Use

1. Illegal Actions

• You may not use our tools or services for any illegal activity.
• You may not upload, share, sell, or generate material that exploits or harms children, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Where we identify or are notified of such material, we remove it and terminate the accounts involved.
• You may not purchase, sell, trade, distribute, or publish any media or activity involving incest, bestiality, rape or any other non-consensual sexual behaviour, non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part, human trafficking, or sex trafficking.
• You may not use our tools or services for any other content or activity that is illegal or prohibited under the rules of the card schemes that process payments for BlushFans.

2. Hateful, Harassing, or Violent Material

• No content that provokes, incites, or encourages hate based on identity, including race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics.
• No content that intimidates, threatens, or bullies individuals.
• No content that endorses, glorifies, or celebrates violence, or that revels in the suffering, humiliation, or degradation of others.
• No content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates physical abuse, human trafficking, or sex trafficking.

3. High-Risk Physical Harm Activities

No content that promotes, encourages, or depicts self-harm, including suicide or self-injury.

4. Deceptive or Fraudulent Activity

• No plagiarism or passing off someone else's work as your own.
• No false information, intentionally misleading content, scams, phishing, impersonation, or other deceptive activity.

5. Explicit Content

Adult content is permitted only where it is lawful, consensual, age-verified, and compliant with our age-verification, record-keeping, complaints, and removal policies. Content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual acts, or illegal sexual conduct is strictly prohibited.

6. Off-Platform Goods, Services, and Payments

• A BlushFans link may only be used to sell the digital content delivered through that link. The photos, videos, and documents the Buyer receives are the entire product.
• You may not use a BlushFans link to collect payment for anything fulfilled off the platform. This includes physical goods or shipments, in-person meetings or appointments, live or real-time interaction, freelance, professional, consulting or coaching services, and access to content or accounts hosted elsewhere.
• You may not use a link as a deposit, invoice, installment, or top-up for an arrangement agreed elsewhere, and you may not direct Buyers off the platform to receive what they paid for.
• Buyers purchase a limited, personal-use license to the content in the link, which they may view and download, and nothing else. See the Standard Contract between Buyer and Seller.
• Payments that appear to fund off-platform goods or services may be refunded or reversed, and the accounts involved may be suspended or terminated.

7. Prohibited Gift and Non-Commercial Funding Transactions

• Legitimate tipping for content is allowed.
• We do not allow high-value gift payments, personal funding requests, or donations disguised as commercial transactions.
• Any transaction over $200 that is not supported by content of matching value delivered through the link may be flagged for manual review.
• Flagged transactions may require Identity Verification (KYC) for both sender and recipient, and may be subject to a 14-day safety hold to help prevent unauthorized card use and money laundering.
